Techtronic Industries was transitioning from legacy systems to SAP. Within the frame of this project, TTI implemented the ITML CRM solution. TTI faced:

  • Absence of unified system processes
  • Delayed generation and confirmation of orders
  • Lack of visibility to client and customer information
  • Delayed customer visit and report feedback


A custom mobile app was rapidly developed and implemented providing TTI team members with many benefits including:
