About Us

enosiX, founded in 2014, provides integration solutions between front-end platforms and complex SAP systems to unlock data and surface business process without the use of traditional middleware or ETL tools. Our products were created by former SAP executives who had a vision for a smarter integration. Our framework integrates and automates complex business processes across boundaries resulting in accelerated implementation and immediate value for the enterprise.

D. Wayne 'DP' Poole


D. Wayne ‘DP’ Poole was among the first ten employees at ExactTarget, where he served in sales and operational leadership roles as a member of the executive team. While at ExactTarget, revenues grew to more than $350 million and the company IPO’d prior to being acquired by Salesforce for $2.5 billion in 2014. Post acquisition, Poole was instrumental in the initial creation of Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud in the role of EVP, Global Sales Strategy and Operations. Most recently, he was the CRO of Cheetah Digital, Inc.

Gerald Schlechter

CTO & Co-Founder

Gerald Schlechter has more than a decade of experience working with ERP systems, and guiding partners through their SAP implementation, migration, and development projects. Prior to co-founding enosiX, Gerald launched CNBS Software, which provides state-of-the-art SAP add-on solutions. With enosiX, Gerald refines and sharpens his life-long practice of purposefully disrupting the technology status quo.

Shawn Reynolds


Shawn Reynolds is an accomplished go-to-market executive and former global vice president at SAP, where he led marketing for SAP’s IoT, global service, and their cloud businesses. Most recently, Reynolds was the CMO for Telit, a public company and global leader in IoT enablement.

Steve Hochheiser

VP of Product Delivery

Steve Hochheiser is a technology executive and dedicated leader with extensive experience directing global IT operations and implementing ERP systems at enterprise companies. He has a proven track record of success developing and executing IT strategies and partnerships designed to improve efficiency, increase sales revenue, and reduce costs.

Erik Pilgrim is a versatile leader with experience developing and delivering enterprise applications that result in value at scale. His background in development helps him solution, architect, and demonstrate disruptive integration technologies for enterprise companies.

Board of Directors

Bill Cadogan

William Cadogan began his career at AT&T, where over ten years he advanced his way from engineering to sales/marketing to Eastern Regional Vice President of Operations. In 1984, as CEO for Orion Systems, Bill demonstrated the ability to scale revenue from a start up to a million in revenue in just three-and-a-half years. In 1987, he sold the company for $130 million to Comsat.
His most recent position held was with ADC Telecommunications where he started as VP of Marketing and was promoted to CEO in 1991. Over the next ten years, he grew the company from $300 million to over $3 billion in revenue. While at ADC, Bill established a corporate venture group and that invested in over 30 start-up companies. He brings significant experience as a board member, investor, and advisor having served on over a dozen companies’ boards and negotiated over 20 mergers and acquisitions transactions worth over a billion. He is currently Chairman of Mutual Capital Partners.

John McIlwraith

John co-founded Allos Ventures in 2010. John started his career as a corporate lawyer at Jones Day, where he co-founded the Private Ventures Group.
John’s investment experience includes software, business services, and healthcare companies, such as Assurex Health (sold to Myriad Genetics), Bluegill Technologies (sold to Checkfree), Blue Chip Surgical (sold to NueHealth), Inspiris (sold to United Healthcare), Medhost (sold to HealthTech Holdings), Healthscribe (sold to Spheris), and Renal Solutions (sold to Fresenius). He is still a managing director with Blue Chip as well as being active with Blue Chip’s Validation Fund, which invests in seed-stage technology companies in Ohio.
He was active in the formation of Gazelle TechVentures, where he served on the executive and investment committees, and where he met Don. He was also a founding member of the Michigan Venture Capital Association board of directors, and was the founding chairman of VentureOhio. And he is a founding board member at OCEAN Accelerator.

As a founding member and manager of two companies, Gerald knows how to drive the momentum that creates patterns for success, meaningful industry change, and dynamic consulting communities. Prior to co-founding enosiX, Gerald launched CNBS Software, which provides state-of-the-art SAP add-on solutions. With enosiX, Gerald refines and sharpens his life-long practice of purposefully disrupting the technology status quo.

Alvin Vitangcol

Alvin Vitangcol has 18 years of experience in venture capital and investment banking transactions. He currently serves on the board for CMF’s investments in enosiX, OPS Solutions, and SeaStar Medical (fka CytoPherx), and as a board observer for SkySpecs. Alvin also served as a board director for Sierra Oncology and a board observer for PrevaCept Infection Control (fka Great Lakes Pharmaceuticals). Previously of Einhorn Associates, he was the primary analyst for a number of M&A transactions and private placements, including the financing of Fulcrum Pharmaceuticals, which merged with Ception Therapeutics, and was subsequently acquired by Cephalon for $350 million with additional potential milestone payments. Alvin has an MS in Management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, a BS in Sociology with honors from Andrews University, and a diverse educational background including minors in chemistry, math, and computer science.

Bill Trainor

Bill Trainor is a co-founder of both Mutual Capital Partners and Access Ventures Fund (2000). Bill leads the business to business practice for Mutual Capital Partners and has been an active angel investor since 1997. Until starting both venture funds, Bill was Senior Vice President-Head of E-Commerce Investment Banking at McDonald Investments, an investment bank acquired by Key Corp. At McDonald Investments, he focused on consumer, retail, healthcare, and service companies working closely with companies that were using technology to expand and complement their existing business structure. Bill joined McDonald Investments in 1994 after graduating from Columbia University with an A.B. in Political Science.
He serves on the non-profit boards of Venture Ohio, a unified voice for the capital sources and other organizations that seek to make Ohio a preferred location for high potential entrepreneurial activity, and Flashes of Hope, an organization dedicated to creating powerful, uplifting portraits of children fighting cancer and other life-threatening illnesses as well as funding pediatric cancer research.

Rem Harris

Rem leads JumpStart’s due diligence and investing activities, and manages JumpStart’s investment portfolio. He has 20 years of experience launching startups and working in the information technology industry at both large corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. His experience includes leadership roles in operations, sales and marketing.
Prior to joining JumpStart Rem was with Hyland Software where he developed solutions for national and global partners. He came to Cleveland from California to join the founding team of Responsive Database Services (RDS), a Cleveland-based startup database publisher in 1995. While at RDS, Rem headed sales and marketing launching four products over the course of three years. RDS was acquired by Thomson International in 2000.
Prior to joining RDS, Rem worked for a division of Lockheed Martin in Los Angeles where he managed West Coast operations for the company’s data processing and information management business.

Bob Savage

Bob Savage founded Savage Consulting in Toledo, Ohio, over 20 years ago. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of CoreNetwork Fund, a private early-stage venture capital fund in the multi-state region of the Midwest. Savage serves on the Investment Committee of the Toledo Community Foundation and the College of Medicine Advisory Council at University of Toledo Medical Center. At the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Savage majored in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.

George Magovern

George Magovern joined Grouse Ridge Capital in 2017 serving as the team’s Associate. In his role, George is responsible for the evaluation, execution, and management of Grouse Ridge’s private equity and venture capital investments and strategy.
Prior to joining GRC, George worked for Five Points Capital (previously BB&T Capital Partners), an SBIC that provides private equity and subordinated debt capital to middle market businesses. While at Five Points, George evaluated and executed numerous transactions across the capital structure with businesses in industrial and business services, distribution, engineering, manufacturing, and healthcare. George began his career at Harris Williams & Co., an investment banking firm focused on providing middle market sell-side M&A advisory.
